ACP’s investment banking team has had an active dialogue for 35+ years with clients along the entire metals and mining value chain, including mining companies and producers, technology providers, physical merchants/traders and financiers.  Our primary focus in mining is on precious and base metals that are near to and early into production. 

We advise on M&A and restructurings as well as raise capital for our clients, including private equity, debt and structured commodity financings, such as offtake financings, commodity prepays, gold loans and royalty and streaming financings.  Over their careers, our team has advised on M&A transactions ranging from low double-digit millions to several billions in enterprise value, and has raised in excess of $7 billion in equity and debt capital.
