Quintus von Bonin is a highly experienced investment banking executive with a diverse background across a broad range of financial products, strategies, and commodity and cyclical industries.  35+ years of investment banking and financial advisory experience, including at B. Riley Securities, National Securities, INTL FCStone, Salomon Brothers and Lazard Brothers, providing strategic and capital markets solutions across all major equity and debt products, merger and acquisition strategies and restructuring advisory.  Principal focus on cyclical and commodity industries, and especially the precious, base and ferrous metals value chains.  Joint responsibility for building the then undisputed market-leading ferrous industry investment banking practice on Wall Street.  Many years of experience with structured commodity financings, including offtake financings, commodity prepays, royalty and streaming financings.
