Case Study
We recently completed a litigation finance transaction for a Colorado based company, that owns a portfolio of patents related to camera technology used in medical instruments and smart phones. We ran a competitive process and obtained 4 different proposals, assisted with the negotiation of terms, selection of the best alternative and documentation. The financing was structured on a non-recourse basis with payments only due upon receipt of a monetary award for litigation success. The company is now well positioned to financially support itself throughout the litigation process.
