Dennis Holtzapffel has 30+ years of experience in Investment Banking with a focus on Private and Public Debt, Private Equity and Litigation Finance.

 

Before moving to ACP, he was head of trading at Banco do Brasil Securities. Previously, at Haitong Securities, he was deputy global head of Markets and head of LATAM Debt Capital Markets. He started and ran an EM Debt Capital Markets / Leveraged Finance business at Jefferies & Company, and he worked for UBS for 8 years as head of Emerging Markets Syndicate, initially in London and later in Stamford, CT. In this role he was responsible for pricing and distribution of all EM debt deals that UBS underwrote. He started his career at ABN AMRO Bank where he was for 8 years and worked in Derivatives and Emerging Markets Sales and Trading and ultimately became head of EM Trading in NY.

Mr Holtzapffel holds a BA from HU University of Applied Sciences, Utrecht, The Netherlands. He holds Series 7, 17, 63 and 24 licenses.
