Target security segments include higher margin, specialized security service providers (K9, Aviation, Oil/Gas, Resources, and Infrastructure), security/safety equipment manufacturers/ value added distributors serving the private sector and law enforcement/first responders within the OECD and selected regions within the emerging markets.
Within the Defense segment, ACP specializes in a number of disciplines primarily for manufacturing and value-added distributors to both private sector and government (US/NATO and NATO Allied) counterparties. Covered segments include personal ballistic protection (body armor, helmets, ballistic plates, plate carriers etc.), specialized apparel (cold weather gear, etc) and safety/rescue equipment and firearms components.

ACP recently completed a series of transactions for the leading player in the specialized K-9 aviation explosives screening segment in the US, a US service veteran / disabled service veteran owned business. ACP completed a series of transactions for the issuer including Receivables Factoring, a structured term debt facility, a series of M&A transactions acquiring a number of competitors and a control equity sale to a strategic industry player.
