Bio

Vince is a Director and a member of the M&A and Advisory Services group at Aldwych Capital Partners.

Vince has been on Wall Street 27 years, having started as an Equity Research Analyst covering Special Situations, Automotive Aftermarket and Sub-Prime Auto Finance companies before moving into Investment Banking.

He has spent his career working with Emerging Growth companies across all sectors, but with a specific focus on the EV/Electrification, Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial sectors.

Prior to Wall Street, He spent 10 years in Financial Reporting & Analysis, with the last several years at the international law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Vince obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fordham University and his MBA from Pace University.

He is also a CFA charter holder, having obtained the designation in 1999.

He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses with FINRA.
