Mr. Edmiston serves as General Counsel at ACP Capital Markets and Anvil Energy Partners.  Ryan possesses extensive experience in capital markets, investment banking, and structured finance. Prior to joining ACP, Mr. Edmiston practiced at a leading international law firm where he advised institutional clients on a diverse range of cross-border transactions and tax law issues. He brings with him a multi-faceted view of the energy industry having also worked for a global petroleum production company, an energy policy lobbying group, and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.  He has completed consulting engagements in both Europe & Latin America related to natural resource management and technology.

 

Mr. Edmiston holds a JD from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, an MSc in environmental science from the University of Edinburgh, and a BSBA in finance and international business from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He maintains active legal licenses in Ohio and New York.
