Bio

Nuno Cardoso has 25+ years of experience in Investment Banking with a focus on Structured Finance and Project Finance. Before joining ACP, he was responsible for Corporate Finance activity at Haitong International Securities USA. Previously, at Espirito Santo Investment Banking, he assumed roles of increased responsibility from head of the Project Finance and Securitization team, to General Manager of the NY Branch and NY Broker Dealer and Global Head of Markets. Mr. Cardoso has split his career between Europe and the Americas having participated in the execution of structured finance transactions across infrastructure, transportation, power, renewables, telecom, leisure and oil & gas. He started his career in Lisbon at Efisa an investment bank partially owned by SG Warburg, Daiwa and Bankinter, focusing on structured finance and DCM transactions.

Mr. Cardoso holds a Post Graduation in Securities and Financial Markets from Indeg – ISCTE, Lisbon, and Graduated in Business Management at Universidade Catolica de Lisboa, Lisbon.

He holds Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 Licenses.
