Chris Kane is the Founder of Vista 2 Ventures, a specialized advisory firm focused on debt and equity transactions in the private markets. With nearly 40 years of global investment experience, Chris has successfully raised more than $3 billion in primary and secondary capital for private companies, including some of the largest and most prominent pre-IPO companies today.

He partners with founders, management teams, and investors to navigate complex financing events, optimize capital structures, and deliver liquidity solutions through secondary transactions for shareholders, employees, and early investors.

Chris began his career at First Boston Corporation in mergers and acquisitions, before joining Salomon Brothers, where he rose to Co-Head of Proprietary Credit Trading. He later served as a portfolio manager at Tudor Investment Corporation and Moore Capital Management. In 2004, he founded his own opportunistic hedge fund.

Mr. Kane holds a B.A. from Columbia University and maintains FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
