Mr. Hannigan is a member of the Board of Managers and a founding Partner of ACP Capital Markets; he manages distribution and syndication for the Firm engagements. Mr. Hannigan has over 20 years of experience trading and selling High Yield securities at bulge bracket institutions on Wall Street. He has built, managed and operated several desks at best-in-class financial services firms both at boutique start-up and bulge bracket blue chips.

Mr. Hannigan holds an MBA from Columbia University focused on finance and a BA Economics from Williams College . Mr. Hannigan holds Series 7, 24, 53, 55 and 63.
